[SOLVED] What GPU do I choose for standard gaming?

I'm building a mini atx for hopefully under 500 bucks. I have a full parts list for evert besides besides the GPU. I don't know which one to pick

A pretty "standard" card for gaming at 1080p (which is a pretty standard resolution) would be something like a GTX 1060.

...but this choice depends mainly on your CPU and PSU.

What CPU and PSU are you choosing?

If you're running a 1920x1080 monitor at 60Hz refresh:

Assuming your monitor has GSync, get the GTX 1060 6GB
Assuming your monitor has FreeSync, get the RX 580 8GB
Assuming your monitor has neither, get whichever of the above two cards is cheaper.
