What gpu do you recommend for this potato pc

It is Esprimo E5925 2gb DDR2 intel core 2 duo 2.33 ghz 80gb hdd and 300w psu.I want some gpu that support at least pixel shader 3.0.I do not want to play perfect looking games (max CSGO).

Zou will struggle playing CS:GO with Core 2 Duo honestly.
It was pain in the as* for me with Core 2 Duo e8300 until I upgraded it to Core 2 Quad q9550, which was really good for cs:go and I got 900+ hours on that PC.
Best card for your needs would be gt730.

Is it this small form factor design?
If so, we need to know more about the "300W" PSU that you have. Open the case and check the PSU nameplate for the +12V spec. That will determine the best card you can use safely. Any card you get will need to be a low-profile card.

That would be the best thing to buy honestly,
I would add some quad CPU there, just check if it supports quads and you are good for CS GO then !

It takes 2 slots on back of the PC.

Your PSU can easily support the faster GT 1030. That PSU has a 17amp +12V rail. I'm even running a GTX 1050 Ti on a similar 17amp +12V rail in my Optiplex 790. But I would not advise you to do the same unless you realize you do so at your own risk.
