Question What GPU is a better choice for my situation?

I need a new GPU as I've recently got into competitive fortnite. Late game my GPU cant handle staying above 50 FPS when i stay at 144 fps in a normal game. I want either a 2060 or a 1080ti, if the 2060 will keep me at 144 decently then id rather that. Late game gets really hectic and its hard to rotate or fire back when playing at such a low frame rate. BTW I have a 1060 6gb windforce currently and a ryzen 5 1500x. I also play at all low settings and an epic view distance to help increase framerate.

1080ti is way overkill for 1080p. I feel something is majorly wrong in your system if a 1060 can’t hold 50 fps on low. With that said tho check out the 1660ti rumored to releas tomorrow would have 1070 level performance, but you can’t go wrong with the Rtx 2060. Personally I would choose the 2060 for $349 the performance is pretty good.
