What type of gpu could i get thats good for vr, compatible with my cpu and is arround 150eur-250eur (bottom line is 350 but only if its almost 2x better than a gpu that would be about 250)Heres my current gpu and cpu- https://prnt.sc/oq6xgg

You aren't sadly. The recommended minimum would be a NVIDIA 1070/1080/2060(S)/2070(S) or AMD Vega 64/Radeon VII/5700XT

NVIDIA's implementations seems to perform a bit better in this regard in terms of raw FPS that are not reprojections. However AMD's Liquid VR seems to respond faster to user input. Lag can be a source of nausea for some.

A 1070/1080 used is your best bet.
