What GPU is this

So i took apart my computer as my motherboard/Cpu have died, which dont too big of a probs as im planning on upgrading to ryzen 3, but when i took out my GPU i saw it was a club3D one so i got curious and searched Club3D up on google and looked at there Graphics cards, when i went on there website the closest variants i could find to it were a RoyalKing and royalqueen Graphics cards in the discontinued tab, but when i looked back at my Graphics card it had a bit different Design for the cooler and i cant find out about its name from CPU-Z as it just days Radeon R7 200 Series, so i came here to ask if any body knows what its called.

Try running GPU-z it will show you more information about the GPU than CPU-z would -> https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

EDIT: Clicking on lookup in GPU-z will take you to a database article on their website that may show the actual card model if available on their site. Otherwise you will at least know the technical details of your GPU this way and can from there know which AMD 200 series chip it is based on.

Thanks when ive upgrade my computer and can use it ill try doing that and seeing if i can find anything
