What card requires more power the gtx 1060 or the rx480

currently on a cx430 and i want to upgrade My gpu

The CX430 might not have the correct power connectors for the RX480 you buy either. And it is marginally too weak for it as well. I do not suggest the CX430 for a RX480. A 500W or more supply is recommended.

On the other hand, the GTX1060 draws at most 150W. A 400W supply is recommended, so your CX430 will not have any issues with it.
