what gpu should i buy asus hd 7770 1gb or zotac gtx 650ti 1gb but i have 450W psu which has 12V rail of 18A please suggest me a gpu which is power efficient and which run perfectly on this rail ???

Go for Radeon. It is power efficient.

The 7770 is more efficient, and Asus makes an excellent card. A 450w PSU should power an HD 7770 with no problems, as it's a very efficient card for as much power as it has. I think you'd be very happy with it.
