I'm between Rx 460 4gb // Gtx 1050 Ti
What model should I buy? There are like 10!

Solution
The 1050ti is much faster than the 460, but depending on how much it is, you would be better off with a RX 470. The i3 should be good with a 1050ti or a 470 and a pretty balanced match.

For nVidia I recommend ASUS or EVGA, depending on which has the better price.
For AMD, I recommend Sapphire, ASUS or XFX, again depending on price.
I (and many others) find these brands to have the best quality and customer service, but be careful not to get reference designs for the 470 or 460. I don't think there was a reference design for the 1050ti.
