[SOLVED] What GPU should I buy?

Hi. I need recommendations for a GPU to run Illustrator, Photoshop, the whole Adobe Package.
The specs are the followings:
HP Elite 8300 CMT
8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR (I think 1333 MHz). I have 2 slots empty.
i5 3470
The motherboards is HP E93839, supports 32 gb max ram and has 2 PCIex16 and 3 PCI.

I will add more ram and change the hdd for a ssd but in the company they told me to buy a GPU too.
It doesn't have to be an expensive one.

It really can't be an expensive one. I think that computer has a 320W power supply and no additional PCIe power connectors? Certainly something to check before making a decision.

RX550 would be better than nothing. GTX1650 is probably too new to be guaranteed to work, so something like a GTX1050 or even GTX750/750Ti would be safer. Just make sure they don't take external PCIe power connectors.
