Question What GPU should I buy

I am looking to by a GPU. I want to use it for gaming for games like gta v, overwatch and red ded. Just wondering what I should get. I am looking towards a 1660 super or a 1650 super. I don't know which one is better value. I am looking to play games high res but at a smooth fps.

here are my PC specs:

gigabyte Z97X-SLI - motherbaord
EVGA supernova 650 gt (650 watts) - power supply
Core i7 4790K - Core
Windows 10
The case is also pretty big

Both are better value, also amd has option with rx 5500 xt
