[SOLVED] What gpu should i choose?

Hi, i want to buy a new gpu for my pc but only this respective component.
What should i choose between a new gtx 1660/1660s and a second hand gtx 1070 ti?
My budget isnt that high for an 1660 ti but anyways, i saw that the 1070 ti is better that the 1660 ti.

On tom's gpu hierarchy chart, The GTX1070ti scores 55,8% of a Titan RTX compared to 48,3% for a 1660ti:

Of course, buying used can be an issue.
Look for a EVGA card which might have a transferrable warranty.
