What GPU should I get for my budget build?

I am building a budget $800ish gaming pc and I don't know what GPU to get.

My options:
GTX 1060 6GB
GTX 1060 3GB
RX 580 8GB/4GB (any is fine)
RX 480 8GB/4GB (any is fine)

Specs:
MSI B350 Pro-VDH
Ryzen 5 1600
Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB DDR4 2133 (might go for 16gb)
Seagate 1TB BarraCuda
Might go for 128GB M.2 also

Games I will play:
Rocket League
CS:GO
Forza Horizon 3 (Basically any forza game that supports xbox play anywhere)
GTA V
GMod

Get faster RAM not more RAM. 3000MHz. But of course, more RAM could be good also especially in the future.

As far as the GPU, those are hard to find at decent prices. It would depend on the price as to which one is recommended.

Yeah, I'll go for faster ram. I know the the GPU prices are still high. I might just wait until they go back to normal prices but that would be in a while.

I don't know if 3GB is enough for me if I play Forza Horizon 3 or GTA V.

I saw a used GTX 1060 6GB dual fan on amazon but I don't know if it has been used for ethereum mining. But I will check out the one that you provided me.

Yeah that's a tough decision. Used dual-fan or new single-fan.. that's up to you. I would rather have the new warranty. But used cards can sometimes have transferable warranties.

The used 1060 has a 30 day return. I might go for the new single fan. Just to make sure, the temperatures aren't high or are they almost the same?

Temperatures will be higher with the Zotac mini. As long as you have proper intake/exhaust fans on your case it shouldn't cause a problem.

I'll go for the dual fans for now. So there won't be any problems with a dual fan GPU? This is my first Gaming PC build by the way.
