What GPU should i get in this prince range

Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($88.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card:
Case: Corsair SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer ($14.99 @ Newegg)

I will use this pc to surf, do school work and play World of Warcraft. It is the only game i will play so lets not over kill it. Also i would like the card to fit my case. This is the system req for the only game i will be playing:

if you look hard.......... you could find an R9-280 .. maybe at newegg. just saw one recently.

Unless it's heavily modded, WoW isn't that demanding on the graphics side, although it likes a fast CPU, so if you can afford it, go for a faster part, maybe by transferring money from the graphics card budget towards it or by cutting the memory from 8 to 4 Gb, trust me 4Gb is enough for your current uses.
Right now Nvidia have dropped the prices on the GTX760/770/780 cards because of the release of their new GTX9xx parts, so keep an eye out for End Of Life (EOL) bargains.

Probably the best options would be the R9 270 or GTX750, the Nvidia card is particularly good because of its low power consumption, even the faster 'Ti' cards only just draw enough power to require a 6 pin PCI-E power lead to operate.

New you're looking at a R9 270X for around $200 or less.

As mentioned though, you can sometimes find an R9 280 for well under $200, though open box or refurbed.

Newegg has an open box Powercolor for only $168 right now. It's rec you have at least a 25A, 500w PSU though.

The R9 280 averages around 15% more FPS than a 270X, and sometimes as much as 25% more depending on the game.

Open box items at Newegg ARE often new, but without original packaging and some parts may not be included.

That said, I've yet to see any NIB 280s going for $200, and certainly not $168. That ship may have sailed.

did anybody bother to look?????? an open box was 167 and a NEW was $204. rather have a 280 than a 270x.
