what gpu should i get?

I'm fairly new to picking out graphics cards and want to know what card I should get. I want to be able to play games such as; cod mw2/mw3, skyrim, payday2 and tomb raider. My budget is $200-$300 and my pc build is below.

Intel i5-4570 (stock)
MSI Z87-G45 GAMING
Corsair CX600
Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB) 1600mhz
Samsung 840 EVO SSD 120GB
Toshiba HDD 300GB

In that price range is the 270X, 760, 280, 280x, and 770.
Any of them would be good depending on how much you want to spend.

GTX 770 for $290. Also there's no use in having an unlocked motherboard paired with a locked CPU.

You should be able to get a R9 280x for $300 or for another $10 a gtx 770.

Then you should get a Z97 motherboard because the Z97 chipset supports the upcoming Broadwell CPUs
