What GPU should I get?

Should I get the gigabyte 980ti windforce OC Edition or should I pay a little more extra for the Windforce Gaming Xtreme OC Edition because I want to overclock them heavily and is a EVGA 750W B1 Bronze certified good for this card plus over clocking this and my I7-6700k from 4.0ghz to 4.7 ghz?

IMO get the best card you can afford, and yes that is enough power, dont skimp on the psu try and get gold certified if you can afford it. Evga makes great products and their customer service is undeniably the best out there.
