They are both factory overclocked cards but are the same GPU. The Gaming OC pro is clocked about 10% faster which amounts to a very minimal performance gain in games. They both can overclock manually but the gaming oc pro will overclock higher.

The quieter card depends on what you are doing. The gaming oc card will be quieter at idle and under moderate loads because it has better passive cooling due to a beefier heatsink. At max load the gaming oc will be louder but not by much. Overall they both aren't very loud cards.

As for temps the gaming oc will be cooler but again not by much.

It's probably not worth the price premium for the gaming oc pro unless you really want the best of the best. The difference is only 5 frames at most and they are both quiet cards overall.
