Question What GPU should I upgrade to?

Hey all,
I recently picked up a PC (Current specs below). I'm now thinking of upgrading the GPU from its ATI Radeon HD 5770. the CPU is an I5-2310. What should I upgrade it to? My budget is 100 USD.

I would suggest an AMD rx560 1024 or a used rx470 4gb.

I don't really care about 1080p plus, so 720 is fine for me.
I currently have a Dell stock 460 PSU, but I'm goin gto swap that out soon as I'm thinking of case swapping soon and don't want crappy cable management.

At 720p, your cpu will be limiting in most games.

I would upgrade to an i5 2400, rx 570 or 560, and a 450w quality psu.
