What gpu to buy

Hey guys.
A couple of months ago i bought a r9 290 with refference cooler.
After a week or two i npticed i was going crazy over the sound, so i bought an arctic accelero xtreme III, and tried installing it. during this procces i accidentally broke my gpu. I returned it to the manufacturer, and today i got an email that they can't repair the card, and instead i can buy something else from their store for 390 euro. Their store is at 4launch.nl

Now i would like to know:
Should I buy a 290 with an aftermarket cooler, and in that case what one?
OR
Should I save up another 100 euro's and buy a gtx 780TI, and in that case what one?

The normal GTX 780 is a little better than the broken GPU and the ti is not worth the extra money. The GTX 780 has less problems with heat and noise and you could try te ASUS or GIGABYTE version.
