What gpu to get?

Hey i got a 900e budget on the gpu just sold my old 660 sli away so what gpu should i get?

my rig is
CPU : i5-4690k @ stock with noctua cooler
RAM : HyperX 2x4gb 1866mhz
Mobo : Asrock z97 extreme 4
HDD : Western digital 1tb black
SSD : 128gb samsung
monitor : Philips 28" 144hz 1440p
PSU : Corsair CX 750w

i play at 1080p / 1440p and @ 144hz games like shadow of mordor , far cry 4 , witcher 3 , gta v etc
and the other question is , what are the normal temps for an i5-4690k with an aftermarket cooler? 😀

I would get a 980ti or the AMD FuryX the latter which will trump the 980ti is most games for the same price once it comes out on Wednesday.

I would say a 4690K @stock should be hitting 60-70 max with an after market cooler, but that all depends on the cooler size and quality. if you are really worried about heat, try lowering the core voltage, you can often drop it a bit before you have to slow the chip.

i've been thinking of buying the 980ti once i find one with a 3rd party cooler 😛 might aswell wait for furyx and see how does it perform
