Obviously not a buyer's market right now for GPU's but i'd highly recommend a GTX 1650 Super if you can find one for less than $250. I just picked on up this week and very happy with it for 1080p gaming.

Why not save money and build a new system instead of getting something that will get extremely bottlenecked?
