I currently have a asus gtx 650 and its starting to fail. I have a few options to buy: MSi Radeon R9 270x 2GB ,
Asus gtx 750ti 2GB,
MSI NVIDIA GTX N660, what gpu will get me better performance in gaming and editing

Your current GTX650 requires one 6 pin pcie power connector.
That is typically found on a 450w psu.
The r9-270x will typically need two 6 pin connectors, commonly found on a 500w psu.
The GTX750ti is a more modern card that does not need any 6 pin connectors.
Here are the power requirements of other options:

The GTX750ti is only slightly weaker than the 270X, but both options are modestly stronger than your GTX650.

If your editing app can use the CUDA cores of a nvidia card, that will be your better choice.
The GTX750ti has 1152 vs 384 for the GTX650.
