There's r9 290s going for $250 after MIR, which is just an absurd amount of performance for that price range: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161459&cm_re=r9%2b290-_-14-161-459-_-Product

If you want to stick strictly to budget this XFX r9 280X comes in at $230 after MIR: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150678&cm_re=r9_280x-_-14-150-678-_-Product
Or if you don't want to count MIRs, this one is $235: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202137&cm_re=r9_280x-_-14-202-137-_-Product

ok :) any cheap case?

Unless you're running really high end hardware and need a high performance case to deal with the heat (which shouldn't be a problem for you), or have very specific requirements then cases are largely about aesthetics. I'd be reluctant to recommend one. Plus, to be honest, I spent a lot of money on a good case a few years back and haven't really paid attention to the market.

Google it... or maybe someone else can suggest a case for you.

For Matx you won't go wrong with the n200

For atx (will also fit your Matx but allow expandability in the future if need be)

Gx 500

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-case-gx500

Both the above come with ample Cooling fitted as standard (the gx needs its fan configuration swapping round for optimal performance but its a 5 minute job)

I honestly wouldn't discount the gtx 960 as a viable buy at $200 - its close enough performance wise to the 280x to make it a viable alternative.
