would you happen to know roughly how much of an fps decrease I should expect with the fx 6300 and an EVGA GTX 660 (non ti) superclocked?

It depends upon what you want to compare to, and at what games.

the game would be skyrim, and compared to the benchmark on the link I provided for the fx 6300

So the comparison then would be between the GTX 680 Lightning vs GTX 660 (non ti) superclocked.

The GTX 680 is around 33% faster than the GTX 660, and around 64% more effective at texture filtering. It will be faster (around 40%) when it comes to anti-aliasing , and GTX 680 will performance better at higher resolutions.
