What GPU with core 2 duo E7500 g41m combo 1366x768?

CPU-core 2 duo E 7500
MOBO- gigabyte G41m combo
ram-1x4gb kingston 667mhz
psu- 450watt

i am a newbie for gaming
I have a 32 inch led tv(1366x768)
i am thinking to connect it with my PC for gaming purpose
i guess i would need a GPU
Plz suggest me any GPU for this resolution-1366x768 32 inch
i intend to play games at 720p since this is the maximum resolution that my tv supports
do i need an upgrade or my current PC would last a year or two

P.S.- i live in india...so suggest accordingly.

I'd think a GTX 750 Ti should work accordingly as long as the ports on your screen are the same (or you buy an adapter).
