What gpu would work well with a Alienware m17x R3

So I want to upgrade the gpu in my Alienware m17x R3. Anyone have suggestion what graphics card is good for it?

Here's the best suggestion. Don't waste money on Alienware next time.

Stupid overpriced junk. Almost as bad as Mac's.

No need to hate on Alienware i bought it from a friend for $700.

Intel Core i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz
4.00 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M
Intel HD Graphics 3000
Windows 8 64 bit

Im willing to spend as much as needed and my Power supply is 240 watts

At that level of power i really don't know what to recommend. I'm not very familiar with mobile graphics cards. ill take a look later today.

Dont listen to the retards. My M17 was inexpensive and has rocked hard for 3 years. Look up the 7970M upgrade.

Also, the 6990m is a less expensive option

I have recently upgraded my Mx17 r3 to the 6990m an it works great, currently im looking ot upgrade to the 7970m but I'm tempted to get the 8970m but that might require some technical know how. Alienware is still going hard, love it to bits, hope this helps
