What GPU would you suggest pairing with i7-2600 Quad 3.40 GHz to not bottleneck?

Any help figuring this out would be really appreciated, I'm not sure where to get this information myself and have seen conflicting answers in the threads Google has led me to

I have an Optiplex 790

The processor I already have and a PC with up to 32gb of ram available (it's very affordable refurbished) too.

The i7-2600 Quad 3.40 GHz is the best available CPU listed in the websites manual for this motherboard.

So with the,

i7-2600 Quad 3.40 GHz
32gb of DDR3 ram

What would be the absolute best option to get the best out of that ram and processor without going beyond a point where you start to bottleneck?

I was hoping to start at the best and work my way down to my budget after shopping for a week or three.

Solution
The Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb for 1080p resolution and the Nvidia gtx 1080 for 1440p resolution. No matter what system you have, there will be a bottleneck. In this case, you should still be able to keep your GPU at 100% load with the above recommendations.
I have the MT.

I have an Antec 620w PSU (Brown or somethiing like that, not gold) so should be okay

What kind of DDR3 ram should I invest in to get the most out of CPU and GPU?

I would say the 1060 3gb, for 1080p 60fps gaming. A 1050 Ti would be a more economical choice, however it will limit you in the most GPU demanding games. You will see a certain amount of bottlenecking with a 1060 in games that are very CPU demanding. However, I wouldn't worry about it since the games will still run well. You just won't see the maximum amount of framerate the card can do.

For example, if the card gives you 60fps and that's all you require, who cares if it could give you 85fps with a newer CPU? You're still getting the performance you want.
