Hi aDarkness,
This motherboard of yours (http://www.msi.com/product/motherboard/760GMA-P34-FX.html) has a PCI-E gen2 x16 graphics card slot and any card will pretty much work with it. The 750ti will work and a 980ti will also work.
But you need to ensure that your PSU is capable of driving the power to these cards so just make sure you get a decent PSU like a corsair and google the graphics cards you are getting and it's minimum PSU. Then go a 100 or 200 watts higher just to be safe. Also important to know that PSUs are highest efficiency at 50% load so the stronger power supplies actually use less electricity and take much less strain and last longer.
The 750ti uses very little power but as you go up you need to start looking at your PSU more and more. Also instead of looking at a 750ti I always recommend looking at a 950 as it is newer faster better at similar price.
Hope this helps,
Gabor
