What gpus is my motherboard compatible with?

I have a Dell Inspiron 5680 with an 0PXWHK Motherboard and I have been wanting to upgrade the gpu cause its a 1060 and kind of bad, and I can't seem to find what kind of gpus are compatible with it.

well every GPU will work because it has PCIE x16 brand does not matter. (some exeptions) but AMD and NVIDIA will all work.
