I have :
Dual Core E6300 2.8GHz.
4GB Ram (3.5 usable due to 32 bit system).
PSU 400 W
Graphic card NVidia GT9500 512 DDR5
Motherboard with PCI-Express x16 1.1

I want to upgrade my graphic card.I want to avoid serious bottleneck. While gaming I use low resolutions like 800 x 600 and low details, so I only need to have smooth playing. What card do you suggest?HD 7750 and HD 6670 or GT 640 will bottleneck my system, right ?Maybe GT630?Will it be improvement for my PC?Thank You all!

If you're playing at such low res and details, I highly doubt any of those cards would be a bottleneck... They'd probably be a little overkill, actually. You could most likely go with something a little cheaper, and maybe use the savings to upgrade other areas.

Your gt9800 is about the capability of intel integrated graphics. Not considered a gaming card.
I would suggest the 7750 is the strongest card that you can install that does not need a pcie 6 pin power connector.
If your psu has 300w, that should do it.
You might prefer a nvidia solution which you can just drop in without needing to change drivers.
A GT640 would be appropriate.
A stronger card will give you the options to balance details/eye candy and fps.

Your cpu is old, but still very good. It can run even stronger cards if your psu permits.

Thank You very much!
