What graphic card to put in pc

I know both of these cards are old.
I have ATI Radeon HD 5570 2gb DX 11 and Nvidia GTX 9800 ti OC 512mb DX 10.

The GTX 9800 is faster. Given how slow both GPU are. That extra VRAM in the HD 5570 is pointless. Pretty much any game complex enough to need the extra VRAM would overwhelm the HD 5570.

Do you realize you can get a GTX 560 Ti for around $20 or a GTX 570 for around $30 on eBay? Either would be a huge upgrade over a GTX 9800.

Yeah I already said both gpus are old. 5570 was 25 usd and 9800 was 15 usd. Pretty cheap. If you consider tath average salarybin my country is 250-300 usd...
