Hi I was looking to upgrade my desktop PC to be able to run more modern games on higher setting with 60 fps....I was looking at something like a GTX 980Ti?

I currently run BF4 medium at 60 fps, high 45.......skyrim high 50-60

-Intel i7 3770k, 3.5GHz quad core, LG1155
-IPMMB-FM (Formosa), LGA 1155, 1xPCI expressx16 3rd gen
-112gb DDR3
-Radeon HD 7770, 2gb, GDDR5 (Pci express x16)
-600 Watt power supply with 2 PCI-E connectors

Will upgrading my video card make a considerable difference?...will it bottleneck because of my CPU or motherboard if I try to run game like THE WITCHER 3 on ultra?

What video card would be good to run games like BF4 on ultra, witcher 3, skyrim modded at 60fps? Is it worth it upgrading the graphic card? and what level of gaming performance would I be able to achieve with a better video card while keeping my cpu and motherboard ?

Solution
Your CPU will not cause a bottleneck! It's a beast of a CPU and will work great for gaming. In terms of GPU's I'd get the GTX 1070, it's quicker than the 980ti and will run games at 1080p easily maxed out. In fact, the GTX 1060 or RX 480 will run modern games, maxed out at 60FPS on a 1080P screen.
