What Graphic card would be compatable for 280W and PCI slot?

Hi guys I've already posted a question similar to this today but here is something else i would like to know, as asked in the question what graphic card would be compatible for 280W and PCI slot? here are my computer specs if you need them.

Possibly a HD 7750. However, any card below that isn't really worth buying, if this is for gaming.

I wouldn't use a 280Watt PSU for ANY desktop.
