What graphics card can my computer handle?

I'm looking to upgrade my stock HP Pavillion P7-1414 PC with a better graphics card. Currently I have two monitors operating 4:3, and would like to continue that. My specs, according to a sales website for my computer, are as follows:

My Budget is, hopefully, under $400, and if a new power supply is necessary, I would appreciate information on that as well.
