Hi im upgrading my graphics card and would like to run 6 monitors, budget is not a problem so i would like to know what cards i would need?

Solution
i suggest you sli two 970 cards... or... crossfire two 290x cards

both are almost equaly great at high res gaming and 290x is cheaper

980 is is not bang for the buck right now.. it has around 15% more performance than 970 and cost a lot more

if you have a big budget then just buy a single 295x2 ....its far better to get a single powerful card than sli or crossfire

not really shure what monitors to get thinking about 21.5 inch monitors

I am not sold on crossfire even though I have two R9 290x's. I would go Sli it seem's to have less problems. Since you obviously have available money Definitly go with good monitor's. Do more research than just this thread. Go with the 2 980's in Sli. That will be the best setup. The R9 295x2 is a crossfire Card. When I get mine setup right maybe I will change my thinking. But that is my story now.

r9 295x2 is a single card with dual cores.. no crossfire bridge and is liquid cooled and is 8gb ... its 100$ more than 980 in newegg and offers and gives twice the performance....

downside is it needs a 850w psu
