Solution
As long as your PSU can handle it, either the GTX 970 or AMD R9 390 would be great choices for maxing out games at 1080p on ultra.

If you think you'll be staying with 1080p for a few years the GTX 970 is slightly better at that resolution, while the R9 390 is better at 1440p.

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card ($313.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $313.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

*Be sure to double check that your PSU has the required PCIe power connectors before buying the cards recommended above!

Solution
You'll need to measure the space in your micro case to make sure the card will fit. The MSI 970 above is 269 x 141 x 35mm (L x W x H).

The MSI 970 I linked above requires 1x 8-pin and 1x 6-pin PCIe power cables, so you'll need to check to see if your PSU has the required cables.
