Question What graphics card do i upgrade to?

I currently have an RX 580 8gb (sapphire). It usually heats up really high and ends up sounding like a jet and the performance is usually still lacking either way. And it seems as if its a common issue with these cards from what i gathered looking around online.

So im looking to upgrade, my budget is under £300.

Are you sure the problem is the card and not your case cooling configuration?

What case do you have?

How many case fans are installed, where are they installed and how are each of the fans configured, intake or exhaust, for each location?

What are the models of your fans?

Which way is your PSU oriented, with the fan grill facing down or up into the case?
