Question what graphics card i should buy?

i have a amd 8350 system with 16gb of ram and a gigabyte ga-78lmt motherboard
the graphics card i have now is an old one and it neads reaplacing but i dont know wat graphics card to pic

i have a 600w powersuply i just dont know the mark of it i just saw a guy in youtube putting a amd rtx 8gb to my procesor and played forza horizon 4 on ultra

The RX580 8GB would be a good choice for 1080p @ 60Hz in terms of price. The only issue is the underlying architecture is 3 years old. An nVidia option would be the GTX 1660Ti or GTX 1660. Both of those would allow you to play any game at 1080p ultra and both are faster than the RX580 and have a new architecture. If you want to wait a couple months AMD will have their Navi GPU out that would offer a good choice as well.
