Hi,

I am thinking of what graphics card to go with the set up for recording gameplays 1080p 60fps.

My budget is EUR800.00 max for the desktop. And can you suggest if I need to change any of the specs that I already have like the case, extra fan and ram.

Motherboard
MSI B350 TOMAHAWK Socket AM4 AMD Ryzen 7th Gen Athlon DDR4 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboard - Black

RAM

HardDrive
WD 1 TB PC Hard Drive - Blue

Case
AeroCool V3X Advance - USB 3.0 PC Base Unit (Black)

PSU
Corsair CP-9020097-UK VS Series ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Power Supply Unit, 550 W

CPU
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Desktop CPU - AM4/Hex Core/GHz/16MB/65W

Extra Bits
TP-Link Archer T2UH 600Mbps USB Wireless Network Adapter, Dual-Band 2.4G/5G High Gain Antenna, Compatible with Windows XP/7/8/8.1/10 - MAC OS 10.7~10.13

Solution
If that's a good price for you then it looks good. Personally, I would add an SSD for your OS. You also have the budget for a GTX 1060 or RX 570 or even an RX 580 if shipping and taxes doesn't put you over.

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor (£144.00 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard (£73.97 @ Ebuyer)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2800 Memory (£153.07 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Crucial - MX500...
I would change the PSU to Corsair CXM or CSM series, the Corsair VS is not meant for gaming systems.

It would be nice if you could get faster RAM, like DDR4 2800 C15, or 2400 C14 is also good.

For a GPU, not sure how much of your budget you've already used. An RX 570/580/GTX1060 would be best; but you might only can afford a GTX 1050 Ti, which would do okay but would not hold 60fps in demanding titles unless settings were turned down.
