I have a GeForcce 8200A motherboard and I want to upgrade my graphics card to use with BIM software. What card is compatible with my motherboard?

Yes, although they do not list the GTX650 specifically, it will provide CUDA, which is what Revit requires to run well. If you will not be playing games. Then a very cheap card will help, going for a Quadro series card is out of your budget or just not worth it.

So if you do not game AT ALL. Then go for something like the GTX260, if you can find one at a decent price...
Some more details would help for us to help. ANY current gen PCI-e card is compatible with your mobo but I ahve find that modern AMD cards are glitchy with the Gforce chipsets of older boards.

What PSU do you have? An exact model or FULL specs would be great.
What are your FULL pc specs?

Wow that's quite the budget for just a GPU. The problem is that your CPU would hold back most modern GPUs, so keeping it cheap makes sense or spending more for a whole new modern system is even better.

Let me ask you a few questions if I may.

What games are you looking to play and at what resolution?
Would you consider spending a little more to build up a new system other than recycling a a few component(probably just HDD if it is SATA).
