What graphics card should I buy for a PC with these specs?

I want to buy a new graphics card (for new games) and get rid of the Geforce 210 card.

Now what is the best card out there under 100$ ?

Well, with 100$ you better hold your money and buy nothing... If you want a card that plays decent and is worth buying, look for no less than a Gtx 750 ti for 149$.

I just want to play in good quality and most important without lag.

Because this Nvidia Geforce 210 card I have is really garbage.

A 750 ti is also an entry level graphics card and at this time you can't play today's games in ultra settings with a graphics card under $100 or even with a 750 ti!
My opinion go for r7 260x if you increase $19

best graphix card for the money. cheap and delivers a quite awesome performance if look at the cost.
you can play latest games with low to medium settings.
dont call geforce 210 a garbage i had and still have a Pentium IV 2.8 ghz with an integrated graphics Intel 82865G and 1 gb RAM! It's an antique Rig.
