What Graphics card should i buy?

I have an HP Pavilion g7
I was wanting to upgrade to a good, But not crazy expensive graphics card,
what could i get for this laptop that would work,

I suppose you're out of luck. Laptops usually don't feature upgradable graphics cards, unless it's high-end gaming computer, which costs $3000. Yours, as you probably imagine, doesn't have that capability, so you cannot upgrade it.

+1 laptop graphics cards even if upgradeable which is rare are never cost effective
