What graphics card should i choose?

I'm going to upgrade my pc and i have these graphics cards:
MSI GTX 1050 2GT OC
or
ASUS PHOENIX GF PH-GTX1050-2G

Which one do you recommen?

the msi one have higher clock, if the msi one is cheaper just get it, but if the asus one is cheaper get the asus one, overclocking will make you achieve the same clock and save some money a bit by buying the cheaper one
