Hello Adon
From what I've seen the power supply is a bit small and another more high spec one cannot fit (do some research, im just going off a quick 10 minute search) so a low profile, low power consumption card seems to be what you want. A sweet spot for this would be something like a 750 ti, low power usage, generally small, and can fit into most computers. I found a low profile one that may be worth looking into. Here is the link to the cheapest way to buy one on newegg...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125680&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Desktop+Graphics+Cards-_-N82E16814125680&gclid=CjwKEAiAyMCnBRDa0Pyex-qswB0SJADKNMKA6h4wK_xS28VFSkgFhQKKFLuwCok6jd0pIeeduNStuhoC6mzw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

It doesnt perform as well as other 750 tis (MSI, Gigabyte, ASUS, etc.) becuase of its smaller fan it reduced clock speed, but it can still handle a playable experience on 720p or 1080p modern day titles on medium to high.
Best of luck with your computer
