Im thinking the GTX750Ti with a Q6600 OC 3.0GHZ

GTX 750Ti is a good choice, I'd get a well cooled Ti and OC it myself as opposed to buying SC

I dont know how to overclock graphics cards there isnt a option only something called Robust Graphics Booster and i have that set on extreme

If you want to overclock your GPU, use something like MSI's afterburner.
