What graphics card should i get?

Hi. I am malaysian and have a budget for a graphics card. Rm 1200 or 325 usd. Amd or Nvidia anything. Psu is 1000w and just want to run high settings until i cant. And soon just run on medium.

search around, here on Tom's or on Anandtech, with the keywords "best video cards 2015" then from that list choose the card that most closely match the price it will cost you in Malaysia.
