Question What graphics card should I install in my Dell Optiplex 3010 SFF?

I'm looking for the fastest GPU I can install in the $150-200 price range, preferably one that's low profile and can fit in the system. I'm using a 240w stock power supply.

My specs are:
8 GB of DDR3 memory
Intel i5-3470
1TB HDD
0t10xw motherboard
