What graphics card should I opt for?

My current setup is as follows:
Ryzen 5 2600 not OC'ed
RX 460
16 GB of DDR4 3200 Mhz ram
1 TB HDD

As you can see my graphics card is the part that needs a desperate upgrade and I was looking in the future to get a graphics card that can do 1440p 60fps. Also I know benchmarks arent out yet to the public, but do you think my CPU will bottleneck the new gen of GPUs?

Depends. Personally I'd buy a 2nd hand 1070 or above, depending on what's the best price you could get, because many people will be selling now in anticipation of the new gen. A 1070 will do the job a 100% for 1440p60fps if that's what you are aiming for and if you don't want to spend a lot.
The CPU needs changing as well and that again depends on your budget.

I would suggest a 1070 or 1070ti as that is pretty much the minimum for 60fps 1440p but you may get bottle necked by about 10-15% and your CPU would definetly bottleneck the new RTX series. You could opt for a 1060 6gb (asus rog strix base overclock would work best) for 1440p as well, but it may be hard to reach 60fps although you may experience less bottle necking.

yeah sorry I wasnt thinking when I wrote that, but if you do get a 1080ti it will almost definitely run games 1440p games at ultra and possibly a lot higher than 60fps, depending on the game.
