What graphics card should I upgrade to from an Intel HD Graphics 4600 on my HP Pavillion Slimline 400 PC?

I am new to replacing graphics cards and such, but I'm looking to replace my "Intel HD Graphics 4600" to something that will play games with a better frame rate. Any help would be much appreciated.

I checked the model no. on the side and it is the 400-434.
