What graphics card to get?

I have 300 to 400 to spend for a graphics card. Currently I have a i5 6500 CPU. I was wondering what would pair good with this CPU. I was thinking about the 1060 or 1070. I want to run 1080p with 60+ frames on ultra settings.

1060 6gb is perfect for 1080p 60 frames all games.

1070 would be nice, IF you could get one in that price range, which is unlikely. 1060 will work fine, but not all games on ultra settings. Vega 56 is supposed to cost around 400, and IF you could get it at such price, it would be worth too.

I have a lower end model GTX 1060 3gb, which isn't even as good as the 6gb, and I have yet to run into a game that runs below ultra 60 fps @ 1080p. People seem to think that you need better than a 1060 for 1080p but that's just not true.
