What graphics card to replace a GTX460

Any views on what graphics card should i get to replace a nvidia GTX460?
I am running P7P55M with intel i5 760.
Was thinking about a nvidia750Ti but worried about bottleneck given how old the cpu is.

There'll be no CPU bottleneck. You could even go faster than the GTX 750 Ti. The 750 Ti won't be all that much of an improvement in performance. I'd say the GTX 760, 950 or the R7-370 would be a better move.
